Went to Buck Chevrolet to look at the new 2019 Chevy Trax, Found one I liked, changed my mind to one with not as many options, was pleased with Cory(sales) and Dan(finance) not getting upset over change, they were both very patient in answering my questions and giving me time to think about my new purchase, and helping me stay in my price range for payments. I went there browsing for a new car, well used car and actually figured that a newer car was more up my alley. Dan and Corey were some pretty awesome guys from figuring out what I could afford to making sure my needs were met. Highly recommend!

this place has good prices on new inventory for the end of the year and the people were nice i wish they cleaned the car better and put gas in my car i had to put gas in it right after i got it i traded my car in and it was a full tank so i felt that was crappy.

I called this dealership about a car I was very interested in and was planning on buying from here but when I called to ask the sales person about the out the door price of the vehicle I was told it would be 5% higher of the price it was listed at. Like okay? What the xxxx does that mean? Never had a dealership tell me that. Mind you I live 2 hours away so I wanted to come to this dealership ship with cash in hand and only have to make 1 trip there and they kept avoiding my question on the phone of what the car would cost out the door! They wanted me to make a special trip down there to talk about price just to come back home get the money then drive another 2 hours back to buy the vehicle! No way in xxxx I am doing that! And then while on the phone the sales person word for word said “I have to go another customer just walked into the door” like are you fricken kidding me!!?!? Terrible customer service! Don’t waste your time people!! They don’t wanna sell there vehicles anyways!

Great service would recommend to friends indeed. Drove from WV just to see if there deals was real! Drove 180 mies to see my cousin found them online and told me about them . glad i checked them out.

Great friendly service . drove 180 miles to go check out their trucks. could not beat there deal between home in WV the OH. Love my truck and would recommend there business to my friends.
