Don't Buy from BUCK CHEVROLET! EVER!

I came to your dealership in Canal Fulton to look at a used 2017 Honda Accord Sport. The website shows that sales is open from 10:00am-6:00pm most days. We were there at 5:00pm on a wednesday and told that day was their 'admin' day. So they took my info and said would have someone call me. I really am interested in driving the accord so we showed up at 10:00am Thursday morning. At this point is where it gets interesting. We were then told to go look at the car outside while sales would come out in a few to speak with us. Outside, I was informed that they do NOT sell a used car to anyone who had not previously purchased a vehicle from them. So they refused to even let me look at the car. Needless to say, I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Buck Chevrolet based on this experience.

Update: Apparently management is willing to excuse this behavior. By trying to blame the customer. Wonderful defense strategy. However, i will continue to post these. But as you can see from the other terrible reviews that this isn't the 1st time that this has happened. It's really pathetic that they searched my reviews to try to slam me. Then copied and pasted it below on the reply.. Once again lying. So very sadd.But, sorry darling. Im proud of my sobriety. This is what they are reduced to. I will be sure to report this to the people who really matter.

Buck Chevrolet did the best they could with communicating with you but suspect you were either intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances because nothing they said made sense to you during your visit. We feel terrible for the child that you had with you and sincerely hope you find the help you need in cleaning up your life. You are a danger to yourself and others anc need to stop acting this way before you cause damage to yourself or others. Please leave us alone and never communicate with us again or we will sue you for liable and slander. FYl..you need to have a job before you can apply for a loan. Just saying you make money is not enough proof to the banks, Sincerely Your grateful friends that never have to see you again. P..you need to go back to these days!! Found a car online and it was much cheaper than my local

Found a car online and it was much cheaper than my local dealer and in better condition. It was a nice experience and I am happy I found the car at Bucks

Good price...Good Quality

Good experience. Had a car online cheaper than anyone else. After shopping and sifting through one bad car after another it was pleasant to find a car at Bucks that looked like the pictures and it was $3000 less than my local dealer. I will say rates have increased in the last few months but thats not the delaers fault.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a

I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a dealership. We arrived at the dealership and Johnny waited on us. We told him the vehicle we were interested in and he took us out to look at it, but didn’t grab any keys. He immediately wanted to run a credit check, in which I told him we would pay for the vehicle in cash. He took us into the waiting room and told us he would be back with us. Three minutes later he told us that he couldn’t help us because we didn’t have an appointment and it was just him and “Brad” working. He said he had an appointment coming in at 11:45 (five minutes from the current time). He said that we should come back during the week (after he told us he only worked on Saturday’s) I told him we lived an hour and a half away and that wouldn’t work. I suggested we go to lunch and come back after. He said no one can help you today. I asked if we could just look inside the car. He told me “no” because he would have to be with us. I have been a sales manager in a different industry for 23 years, I’ve never seen a sales person NOT want a sale so bad in my life. The behavior was bizarre to say the very least. Unprofessional as can be. We left and parked to regroup about what had happened. Then we turned around and had to pass the dealership as we drove past we noticed that Johnny and “Brad” were still the only people inside of the dealership just as it had been when we were there. Apparently Johnny’s 11:45 appointment never showed up. We ended up finding the exact same vehicle, one year newer for the same price at a different dealership, purchased and drove it home. I have no idea what was going on or why we were treated this way but it was terrible.
