Had some rework

In February, my 2013 Chrysler 300C alternator failed with an internal short. This was not covered under any warranty even though it is a documented failure all over the internet for Chrysler cars. Thankfully the repair charge was reduced to a deductible amount. While the car was there, I had other service performed. The service advisor assured me that the shaking that I felt when I braked would be corrected by an alignment. The shaking was not eliminated at the time that I picked up the car and I just assumed that there was something else wrong with it that they did not find. Well, now almost 4 months and about 3,000 miles later, the front tires are bald on the outer edges. So much for that alignment and now I need 2 new tires. This is only surpassed by last summer when my car was there for an oil change and tire rotation when I found that the tires were not rotated and they said that they were. (I had one tire with a slow leak so I could keep track of which tire was where.) I took the car back in June and they refunded the alignment cost as it was not recommended at the time and gave a percentage discount for new tires.

Best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.

Progressive has always been a quality dealer to work with, but having a salesman like Justin Carter made the buying experience enjoyable. He's friendly and extremely knowledgeable, which puts you at ease right away. Justin is honest, hard working, and a real car guy, not just a salesman, striving to get you what you are looking for. Justin is also ethical with no pushy tactics. Whatever you may be looking for in a vehicle, Progressive is a five star dealership, and in my opinion, Justin Carter is a ten star salesman. Fast and friendly service

Mike and the rest of the staff were very friendly. They got my van in and out and even washed it for me. I wish I had a coupon for the price but it needed done.

Very pleased customer!!

I was having a very difficult time finding the exact Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit I wanted to purchase in Michigan. Progressive Dodge had the exact vehicle I wanted with great incentives. Justin Carter helped make my purchase even better by providing answers to all of my questions. Finance manager Jimmy Dowling also provided fast answers and the best finance rate and incentives available; way better than what was available in Michigan. I have wanted to purchase a Jeep for several years and I am glad I made the choice to go with Progressive when I found my dream vehicle. I even purchased the additional service contract because Jimmy Dowling explained it very well.

Keeps for keeps

We purchased a new Jeep from Progressive recently?. Amber is a great Solutions Provider. She answered all of our questions about the Cherokee we purchased now and the Wrangler we got a while ago. Steve Miller made us a deal to good to pass up. We will be going back to Progressive Jeep again for sure.

Paul was great to work with!

We will definitely be back when we're ready to purchase a new vehicle. Paul was absolutely wonderful to work with, in fact, the entire staff was! As soon as we walked in it had a different vibe than most car dealers. Very polite and warm staff, not overly aggressive or pushy. My husband and I saw a van online printed it out, handed it to Paul and we are off! No typical pushiness or trying to get us into a deal we didn't want. Even worked with us on the price/financing. While we were waiting the entire staff were very personable and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They all, down to the owner, seemed happy and willing to help. Wanting us to purchase a car we were happy with as well as make a living for themselves. Alyssa in the finance office was also a dream to work with! Very upbeat, funny, knowledgeable, and honest. All in all it was the best experience at a dealership we have ever had as I know so many of us dread even walking in to a dealership. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle there as well as well as recommending them to everyone we know. Did I mention we live 45 minutes away from them? It was well worth the drive! Paul was funny and honest and made us feel like we got the deal we wanted and we were happy when we left unlike most times car shopping when you just feel defeated and taken advantage of.....Thanks Paul - you are awesome keep up the good work! Awesome Experience

Megan was awesome. She worked with Dean to help my niece get into a new Compass and out of her unsafe escape. I am very happy they could help and we will recommend everyone to come here. Alyssa was also helpful and patient during the paperwork. Thank you.

Problem

Since I am the only one that usually drives my SUV, I did not notice that my passenger leather seat had been cut over the front edge. I discovered it when I was vacuuming the car getting it ready for vacation. The only service we had done about a month before was the removal of the dash for a blower problem. I wasn't sure what would happen when we complained but to my surprise John the service manager realized that it probably was done by them. He told us to get it fixed and they would pay for it. It is now fixed and am completely happy with the way he handled the problem. Thanks a bunch John and Progressive!!!!

Excellent experience with Brian

Brian has a great personality and was very helpful in my decisions of purchase, very knowledgeable of every aspect and a very good listener to what i wanted in a jeep, he helped with every aspect of optiobs of financing, very patient and was very friendly, even when he was in the office way after hours , negotiating all my needs in the jeep .
