Ron Marhofer Buick GMC

I stopped in to just look around at Ron Marhofer GMC because I wasn't sure what I needed or even wanted. The staff was very pleasant to talk with and my sales agent Jim Watt helped to make my experience a pleasant one. There was no high pressure sales tactics and he answered all my question and was very attentive to my needs. He walked me through the process to help me find my dream car! I recommend to anybody looking to purchase a new vehicle not to do so until you visit Ron Marhofer in Canton. Extremely satisfied customer!

I drove four hours from Michigan to buy my Chrysler Town and Country and it was exactly as presented in the pictures. Jim Watt was my salesman and he was great to work with. The finance person got me lower interest rate than I had found on my own. I definitely would recommend this dealership.

The Internet sales staff was excellent. Steve Richards was my sales rep when I travelled 115mi to see the car. The car was as described and the purchase experience went well.

I found a car I was interested in on Cars.com for my daughter. Been Hall was very helpful and courteous. It was a good buying experience and I would recommend Been and his dealership.

My husband and I had a really good experience with the Ron Marhofer dealership and this was mainly contributed to my sales rep Terry Maxson. Terry was very patient with me, responded very quickly and answered all my questions with honesty and integrity. We live approx 14 hours away and found the car online. The car was transported using the company the dealership recommended. The car arrived looking exactly like the pictures on the website. We’ve had the car approx 2 months and we waited to write the review to solidify my experience and ensure there was no mechanical issues. Here are some additional details about our journey that may help someone else. 1) Paid cash for the car by wiring the money to their bank from our bank. This was their preferred method. 2) We did not hire a mechanic 3) The only visibility we had in purchasing the vehicle was the pictures online and Terry doing FaceTime 4) The reviews on the transport company was horrible. We did not see this until after the reservation was made. We did have a cancellation option but opted to have faith that it was all going to work out for our good. It did!!! Thanks again Terry!!!

I decided to stop in at Ron Marhofer's GMC Buick in Canton to discuss the possibilities of purchasing another car. Saturn (previous name) has been my only place to purchase cars. Ms. Diamond sold me my first car in 1999. After visiting a long list of car lots, Ron Marhofer was my final stop. Every receptionist, every sales person, every service representative, every 'billing' person, every administrator...is so friendly and want to make sure you are completely satisfied is extremely valuable. Jim made my day with his true professionalism, care and concern that all my needs were met, and that I was completely satisfied with our total transaction. It was mentioned several times, if I need anything at all at any time to give a call or just stop in at any time. I do want to acknowledge Matt, Terry and everyone in the service department. When service was needed, they all went out of their way to find out what service was needed from their department. Everyone receives excellent reviews whenever their services are needed. Thank you, Mr. Marhofer for establishing a 'family oriented' facility and several friends had been sent there throughout the years and they too, agree with me. I recently purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra at this location. It was over a 2 hour drive for me. When I arrived they had the truck all set up just like they said they would. Ben was my salesperson and was more than helpful. Very nice guy, very honest and no run around on anything. Also, Lonnie the finance guy was very helpful as well. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth process of buying a vehicle from a quality dealership with good honest people.

Never had a bad experience with Sales team or Service department. I had a great experience with warranty work on a vehicle purchased used at a different dealership. They treated it as if I purchased it there. Only regret may be that I didn't purchase it from Marhofer.
