Performance toyota was great. They didn't pressure me into buying a car. They did a very good job working with me to get a good deal. Best experience I've ever had buying a car and I've bought a lot of cars in my life.

My experience at Performance Toyota in Fairfield was great! My salesman, John Campbell, was recommended to me by a friend and he was great. He made sure I got the exact car I wanted and kept me informed every step of the way. I was very comfortable with him and the whole process. I love my new RAV4! Thanks John for making it happen for me :)

Worst customer service.

Worst customer service. Finance department messed up my plates and refused to help me resolve it. Still haven’t heard back . I’ve been gaslit and repeatedly lied to. Don’t buy a car from these people!

Purchased a used car last Saturday.

Purchased a used car last Saturday. Service was great, everything was explained. Joe was my salesman, he's fantastic, and TJ was my financial person. He was great and got me a low interest rate plus an awesome warranty. You guys ROCK! I will be buying from them again, and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you Performance Toyota for making my buying experience pleasurable.
