Roberto Soto, very solid, patient and attentive salesman.
Roberto Soto, very solid, patient and attentive salesman. If you’re looking to purchase a Volkswagen he’s your guy. Very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain features of the vehicle m, but does not pressure you to buy. The finance department could use some work when it comes to trying to get you to purchase extended warranty’s and other maintenance deals. Felt very high pressure almost Timeshare like. But over all I would still recommend the dealership based on Roberto alone.

Bill Bell was a very helpful salesman.
Bill Bell was a very helpful salesman. He wasn’t pushy, gave me ample time to test drive the car and ask questions, helped answer all my questions about the electronics and even did some research to make sure I was getting the features I wanted. Very friendly and professional. My only negative is the limited parking for visitors, we almost abandoned our car shopping trip.

Do not trust this people.
Do not trust this people. They sale used cars with low miles, fresh years like 2023-2024. Cars being previously racked, however carfax is clean. I am talking about cars worth over $50k When you show them proof of privis axedent, they are denying everything. Also there sales people cut toe nails,right infront of the costumers,while they making a deal. What a professional place. 👏
