I worked with Taylor Bongiorno on a remote deal and his

I worked with Taylor Bongiorno on a remote deal and his dedication to delivering high quality customer service is unmatched. He took multiple videos, photos, and even drove the car for me to display the condition both good and bad in an honest straightforward manner. I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting without being physically at the dealership. We got through all the paperwork and negotiated price in a timely and fair fashion. I can say this was the most pleasant car buying experience possible. I appreciate the approach and service that Beechmont ford put into their sales. I would highly recommend them when looking for a car, and will go back when it’s time to purchase something in the future.

Beechmont Ford’s used car department runs on deception.

Beechmont Ford’s used car department runs on deception. After a week of assurances from salesperson Daniel Garcia that a Ford Blue Certified, 2023 Lexus ES 350 Luxury was “pristine” (with only a tiny wheel scrape) and repeated denials of any other flaws, I drove 2.5 hours to find deep gouges, rock chips, permanent-marker seat damage, a large brown stain in the driver’s seat and a missing jack — all in the first 2 minutes and conveniently absent from the online photos and assurances from the salesperson. At this point, there was no need to inspect further… I killed the deal. Financing was initially very inflated until I pointed out their own Ford Certified rate available to “A-tier” credit buyers like me, which they seemed to have no knowledge of, triggering a second credit check. This all was not a mistake; it was a calculated bait-and-switch. If you want to experience 1970s-style, predatory used-car sales tactics, Beechmont Ford in Cincinnati is the place to get it… ask for Daniel Garcia.

I bought a 2022 Ford Escape in March of 2023.

I bought a 2022 Ford Escape in March of 2023. I have had nothing but problem after problem with it. Today I was charged $200 for labor for them to find out why my car suddenly shut off while I was actively driving. $200 and they had my car 25 minutes. The fix, a valve issue, is not covered under my warranty somehow. I have TWO warranties and neither one covers this valve issue. Kicker is, I told the guys for a few oil changes now what my car was doing when I filled it up, they brushed me off. Do NOT buy a vehicle from here

I recently purchased a new 2024 Ford Mustang GT at

I recently purchased a new 2024 Ford Mustang GT at Beechmont Ford. The salesman was Daniel Garcia. My experience was a pleasant one, as Daniel provided much information, yet did not pressure me to make the purchase. He encouraged test drives of both an automatic, and manual version of the car. The complete purchase process, including the signing of the paperwork went quickly and painlessly.

We negotiated and had a deal worked out.

We negotiated and had a deal worked out. I asked them to let me know if the vehicle had any scratches and they assured me it didn’t. I drove two hours out of my way and when I arrived there were obvious scratches. They wanted to sell me the vehicle and promise they would get the scratches fixed, perhaps fix them initially? Typical used car dealership. They said they would get the scratches fixed and follow up with me. Haven’t heard from them and looks like they sold the truck. The Manager said “they’re in the customer obtaining business and just happen to sell cars”. Hopefully whatever consultant you paid for that line over charged you. It would serve you right.

Dealer response

Adam, I am very sorry to read about your experience. As a family-owned company, we believe in serving our customers with respect and honesty. I spoke with Brad, and I apologize that the scratches were missed. We did offer to take care of them, and deliver the vehicle to you. You let us know that you would rather wait to see the truck after the repair, which is understandable! He also mentioned that you made a comment about the vehicle selling before the repair was completed, which he confirmed was a possibility. I apologize again! If there is anything that we can do to help you find another vehicle or you'd like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly.
