Very good, despite Jordan's unprofessionalism.
Found car on website that we were interested in. Sent an inquiry. Received a response first thing the next day from Calvin. Spoke with Calvin numerous times answering questions promptly and courteously throughout the day. Travelled from Dayton same evening to see and drive the car. Most everyone very friendly speaking comments to us and smiling as it appeared everyone was expecting us. Calvin was very friendly and accommodating. As we were leaving the dealership for our test drive (with the moon roof open) Jordan barked "make it snappy". REALLY??? We are obviously very interested in buying this car tonight and have travelled here from Dayton and you want to make a comment like this? Obviously needs better customer service, leadership and sales training. Calvin apologized for this "manager's" behavior over and over. Ultimately we bought the car. Would have given this dealership an Excellent rating if it wasn't for Jordan's disrespectful comment to us, about us and a very poor representation of customer service. We did consider walking away and ordering a 2017 car from a dealer in Dayton, but, the car and Calvin's handling of an embarrassing situation made us comfortable to continue the purchase.

Have owned two jeeps over the years. Whenever any major work needs to be performed Kings Jeep always gets the job done right the first time. Chanel Elam is a great service advisor also, with long history in Jeep service.

Long trip coming up. Needed brake service immediately.
I realized my brakes would not survey a long trip that I had to make. I tried to schedule service, but the earliest I could get in would have been a week too late. Craig Ditmer somehow found a way to fit me in. Thanks to Craig, and the great work I've always gotten there, it will be a successful trip.

Unpleasant, combative, unbelievable,
I recently had work done, so I wanted to speak to a manager to voice my concerns about the service I received. Marvin Martin's demeanor is always uninviting except for that particular day. Mr Randall was just as unpleasant and combative.

Everyone I have ever dealt wth in the service department has been really great to work with. They get me checked in and on my way with a rental so that they can solve my issues and I can get back to work!

New Chrysler 300 purchase
We did not intend to purchase a car until the next day but the end of year incentives helped us make our decision to buy the Chrysler 300. The kings staff were helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend

Fast, experienced, very helpful
I came in because the service light was on. It turned out my rear 4 wheel drive was locked. Your guys offered me a new one ($1200), &I used one for much less. I chose the old one as I have a 2005 Cherokee & I don't offroad a lot. I also had questions about normal upkeep on a 4 wheel drive car, and wasn't sure if I had follow all the 10,000, 30,000, 100,000 check up parts/procedures, but was told you guys do that as well. 😊

Great experience
My wife and I were looking for a Ram 1500 and of course we did our price checking with all the dealerships. All the other dealerships saw us as inexperienced and too young to be able to buy. Kings dealership actually respected us and gave us a very good price on our new truck. That actually dedicated their time and efforts to help us and was very easy to negotiate with. I would like to thank them all especially Benny and Andrie.
