Kings Ford

I visited Kings Ford to look at and drive an Ecosport. I was referred to Kings Ford through the Costco Program. I met with Jacob Wires and drove an Ecosport on Monda evening. Travis (Sales Manager) introduced himself and he and Jacob worked together to offer me a good deal. I wanted to look at and drive other subcompact SUVs before making a decision. After some online research and much thought, I decided to look into purchasing an Escape. Jacob reached out the next day and worked up pricing on the Escape. I came in later that evening to test drive the Escape and decided to purchase. Throughout the process, Jacob was pleasant, professional, and patient with my many questions. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was pleasant and helpful. I look forward to owning an Escape and continuing my relationship with the people at Kings Ford. Based on my experience, I would recommend Jacob, Travis and Kings Ford.

Steve McAfee was a pleasure to deal with. He listens to the needs of the customer and is more than willing to help find exactly what you need- even if it’s not on his lot. It will be a while before we need a new car but Steve has earned our business for life.

It was my first time buying a car. They treated me well and did not pressure me into buying a car. I took the car for a test drive and told them I needed to think about it. They were understanding and did not pressure me further to buy the vehicle. Two days later I made the purchase and it was a wonderful experience. Would shop again.

After finding the new vehicle on the website at the price I thought was reasonable, I stopped by the dealership. I was met immediately by a salesperson, Jacob, who was not at all pushy and I felt comfortable with pursuing my purchase. When we sat down to negotiate my trade-in, things got a little rocky with the sales manager but we came to an agreement on the trade. I then questioned why the internet price was not the price that was being offered with my financing options. I was then explained that the internet price was only for those taking the high-interest payment plan from Ford or if you were paying with cash-in-hand. This was not listed in any clear language on the website. I kept asking why this was not clearly spelled out, and was told that would not make effective marketing. I agree, but neither does not being transparent with your customers. Andy in Finance was very pleasant to work with when finalizing all of the necessary documents.

This is the second vehicle we have bought from Kings Ford and the experience was great. I would highly recommend Kings Ford and Geno and Travis to everyone.

Excellent service and people. Would drive 50 Minutes to have the service that this ford dealership provides!! Recommend to family and friends. So happy with my car!!

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Only down side was there was no leasing option available for the kind of car I ended up purchasing. They work hard to get your business though.

Honest and no pressure sales people are exactly what you will find when you shop at Kings Ford. We ordered our vehicle exactly as we wanted and it arrived at the dealership in the time quoted. Overall a great buying experience was had from our salesman David Giese and the sales manager Travis Martin.
