After having several issues with other Ford dealers to get a recall completed on my F150, I scheduled with Kings Ford. Showed up for the recall service which was completed in 30 minutes. This included all paperwork before and after. I was very impressed with the speed of Kings Ford. For 16 years I have been loyal to Ford and have done business with several other Ford dealers leaving disappointed. An example is how pre-scheduled oil changes routinely would take 3+ hours without complications among other complaints. So going to the dealership automatically puts me in a bad mood; which today was no different. For that I do apologize to the staff as I have never brought a vehicle in for service at a Ford dealer and been treated as well. From my past experience, I was expecting this service to take all day, not 30 minutes as it did. Kings Ford did a great job, was quick, and professional. I recommend this dealer for service, and for my future needs will call them. I hope they will continue to provide service as they did today, this was the best experience I have had with a Ford dealership.

We arrived at King's Ford with a vehicle in mind but had not been working with a salesperson. When we arrived, Amos was the first person we saw, and boy did we hit the jackpot with him!! He was friendly, had an easy-going nature and was very knowledgeable. We truly couldn't have hand-picked a better sales rep to help with our purchase. MR. Bronson is simply the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with, and it started 7 months before I bought a car.
