Very welcoming and very efficient. They did their thorough service but luckily found a deficient battery. Notified me and replaced this on the spot and saved me from having to return. Greatly appreciated!

I ask for a quote on a Lexus NX350H and the BDC rep. wouldn’t sent me the quote in fear that I will be shopping around. I lived out of state and whoever provided me a fair deal I would buy from them. Another out of state did provide me the information needed and I bought from them. I search on Wednesday on cars.com and bought by Saturday.

Beware of service team — they push for unnecessary repairs and replacements. They called in the day before the appointment to suggest all 4 tires needed replacement based on the previous service measurement. And lo and behold after inspection they suggested replacing tires EVEN THOUGH NONE OF THE MEASUREMENT FOR WEAR WAS IN THE YELLOW OR RED.

I apologize if our recommendations seemed unnecessary. Since we had measured your tires at 4/32nds of tread remaining, we wanted to be proactive in letting you know that tire service will be due soon in case that is something you would prefer to handle before winter time. Our top priority is safety, and we wouldn't want your tires to become a concern. At this time we are also running a tire sale so there are currently some cost savings. The dealership was accommodating in the setting of the service time. Very informative excellent attention to detail., responsive to all my questions waiting area and restrooms are clean along with snacks for your convenience.

My experience with Performance Lexus was like no other! I have to commend first and foremost Mr. Roderick Hubble he was the absolute best he was knowledgeable professional and him and his finance team listened to my wishes and concerns.
