Great service, State of the Art Facilities.

We are very happy with our experience at McCluskey Chevrolet. Donald Butts was a pleasure to work with and very thorough. He explained everything about the Equinox 100%.

First time buyer at this Chevy Dealership, and may be the...

First time buyer at this Chevy Dealership, and may be the last!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received a new Chevy Equinox from my husband for Christmas on December 23, 2013. Well by January 20 2014, I had lost my Equinox to a accident (total lost). So my husband Took me to MCclusky to pick out what I was hoping to be my next new Equinox. Well I found the new one I wanted but it was getting late and they were due to close so we said we would return back to the dealership the next day to sign off on the deal that my husband had arranged, Well my husband had a flat . So I asked my sons fience to take me to MCclusky to pick up the vehicle that was presented to me as the deal my husband had arranged. Now this is where everything begun to change, First I picked up my Equinox and drove it home it seam to ride somewhat rough, but due to the weather we was having I thought that it was road issues, and it was dark outside. Once at home my husband wanted to see that I had in fact picked up my equinox. When your buying a new car or anything new you don't look for anything wrong with it ! No you need to look because we found a big dent in the back passenger door and on top of that it had 3 different tires on it ( and I thought it was the weather) . So when we took car back we showed Amber are sales rep. the dent and the tires and she said they would fix the dent and put new tires on it .when my husband looked over all the paper work he found that they sold me an extended warranty on a new 2014 Equinox that comes with a bumper to bumper??, and also didn't give us all are incentives off on it only giving us $2000.00 when we were to get $6000.00 off + - ? We are to go in tomorrow to see what or if anything they are going to do about all of this we will keep you posted on this outcome ! because this is not the first new vehicle that we have bought but it is at McCluskey Chevrolet and maybe the last . We have never been treated this way and felt deceived like we feel now that it would come down to doing this so that you wouldn't be next that they do this to ! we will keep you posted on out come !

Great Service and facility

It was absolutely wonderful. Jeremy Huber took very good care of me and my car. Service time was less than I expected it to be. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Very knowledgeable sales staff

My fiance was shopping for a new car while I was getting the oil changed in mine. She had been emailing back and forth with the gentleman that she eventually purchased the car from. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different programs that the dealership offers. We received a great offer from him and are very excited about the new car.

Awsome New Showroom. Fast friendly service.

Great sales and service staff. Never thought I would come back, figured I can do my own oil changes. But they do a great job, even vacuuming and washing. Fast oil changes and free Starbucks, can't beat it. Friendly sales and service staff. Very pleased with McCluskey Chevrolet at the Kings Automall.

In and out in no time flat

The salesman was very up front with us and didn't mess around. We were in and out with a new cruze same day on a Sunday!

Don Butts was knowledgable friendly through and went out of his way to help me. I would definitely choose him again to do business with. He made sure I knew all about my car. We were most impressed with the outstanding customer service we received from Don Butts. He spent time with us and had us test drive both the Equinox and Traverse which we were interested in leasing. He gave us the information we needed on the vehicles which helped us decide that the Equinox was the better choice for us. He helped us understand our options on leasing this vehicle. Don was able to get everything ready for us when we decided to lease the Equinox and we really appreciated all the time and effort he put into finalizing the arrangements that had to be made so that we could drive “our” car home that evening.
