I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 9am and I

I had an appointment to get my oil changed at 9am and I was told it would be 3-4 hour wait time and then they didn’t call me to tell me it was finished til 2pm. What’s the point of having an appointment. I had to get an uber home, I don’t have hours upon hours to wait for the oil change.

Had no issues. My experience was good. Received my car back on the day they said they woul have it ready by. Chris was very helpful throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed.
