Took advantage of me once in service department. Blatant and aggreagious. Management tried so hard to not refund false charges. Today reluctantly I attempted to purchase a new car from a Wyler deal. Was told I must pay a 10% mark up. Market adjustment fee. I know inventory is tight but customers never forget. Just taking advantage of the consumer. Shame on Jeff personally. You are not a positive member of the community. Buyer beware

I was flat lied to about my rim warranty.
I was flat lied to about my rim warranty. This was my first time ever buying a car and I guess should have read the warranty papers. Wasn’t aware they could just lie and sell you on warranty then it not cover what they said it would. I was told if I scratch my rims I could bring it in and for $50 deductible they would fix it. Well I tried to use this warranty only to find out that’s not what I was signed up for. It will only cover it if something is majorly wrong with the rim. I also got the paint warranty and am now worried if that really covers what they said it will as well. I would steer clear of this dealership. I plan on buying another brand new car again in 3 years but will not be doing business with them. Save your money from their false warranties. Guy seemed nice and sincere, but was altogether lied to.

BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY 25% MORE FOR A CR-V! We spoke to a salesman on the phone and told him we would be purchasing a car on our daughters behalf because she is in the Navy and cannot do so because she is stationed in Texas. We asked if there was an excessive markup on this vehicle, he said ”No, there’s not an excessive markup” and when asked what that markup was he would not disclose to us what it was. We also told him that we were driving 2 hrs. away not to just come look at the vehicle but to BUY it! again the salesman told us “Come on down, everything’s good, come pick up her car” we get there he comes out sits down and is going over prices and starts naming off everything we stop him because sure enough, they had it listed for $38,000 and we’re asking $10,000 over sticker which is a 25% markup for so called “dealer accessories” mud flaps, door chip guards etc. what should be equivalent to $300 worth of accessories lol! (We know this because we own a Collision center) if they would have disclosed that information over the phone, it would have saved us a 4 hour round trip and you having to read this very lengthy bad review! Also, not only did we NOT buy the car (obviously) but we will no longer purchase any parts (which is equivalent to over $100,000) in parts a year, refer customers, or use Jeff Wyler’s service center.

Typical bait and switch operation
They show many cars online that they don’t have in stock or even on order. They were willing to let me drive several hrs to come see cars that weren’t there. Luckily I pressed them on it and found out the reality of the situation. Very dishonest dealer.

This dealer is price gouging
Went in to go buy a new car but was being charged 3500 as market adjustments which I googled which is a fancy phrase for price gouging. Be careful make sure they you read the fine print. With used cars being popular I was going to trade mine in and they were only offering me 15k for it being in good condition which KBB said it was worth 17-18.5k trade in value. Did my research and my car is selling for anywhere between 21-23k talk about ripping off the customer.
