No pressure and a great price

Bradley Hardin was the best! We were so happy with our Honda Accord buying experience, that I came back and but another one six weeks later. I now have a 2015 hybrid Accord and a 2015 V6 Accord. Brad answered all my questions honestly and even went to get answers when he was not sure. I have bought over 10 brand new cars over the years and Bradley Hardin by far was my best salesman. He workered hard to get me the best price both times. I have never heard of anyone getting as much off the sticker of a Honda, as Bradley got me. And seven months later I am still happy about my purchases.

Had an oil change and rotation of tires.

Had 3 recalls and a new oil pan. Chuck Elliott was very friendly and great to work with. Would definitely go back because of him

Best of the Best!

Thank you so much Idan Shenhav! You made it so easy and enjoyable * even though I was also a little sad to let go of my pilot that we had for 11 years. It did what it needed to do for us getting the family to and fro. It was time to make the transition, all the kids are grown and have Honda's of their own now! Idan made it all happen with ease. He was so professional and thoughtful. It was raining that evening and he did everything but pull the cars into the showroom so the customer (me) stayed dry! He took as much time that was needed with me to go over everything, he was very patient and understanding of what I was looking for in a car. This our 6th Honda from Jeff Wyler for our family ! We will definitely recommend friends and family to see Idan at Jeff Wyler. We can't thank you enough!

Outstanding Service and Financing Department

Idan made the buying experience stress free and took care of me through the entire experience. I have credit issues due to divorce and the financing department exceeded my expectations in financing.

A very trustworthy and accommodating dealer ship

Every employee of the dealership (both in sales and service), goes beyond what is expected to make the customer's experience non-intimidating with no pressure to buy. This was especially true of Idan Shenghav. It was evident that the my needs for information, to be made at ease, to tactfully prob me as to my intent of purchase (new or used, large or small), ability and time frame to purchase - all without intimidating, offending or pressuring me. His sales procedure did not seem to be a method of sales, but a genuine interest in what my needs and wants were. He excels in leading you in such a way so that the cars essentially sell themselves. In short Mr. Shenhav is a great asset to the Jeff Wyler organization, and his manner, and method, of selling automobiles should be a model all potential sales persons show emulate.

Best experience we have had with buying a car!

Ken was very professional and knowledgeable about the type of car we were looking at, Explained everything in great depth, He spent a lot of time with us to explain everything, He called a day or two later to see how we liked the car, all the car salesmen we have dealt with in the past has never done that, Just seemed like they treated us like family while we were there, the whole experience was just great!

Awesome service; unbeatable prices

I have been bringing my Honda Civic for service here at Jeff Wyler since I bought the car a year and a half ago, I will not go anywhere else. The team in the service department is excellent! I have never had any issues and am completely satisfied every time I go. I have dealt with Al, Bryan, Doug, and Ginny. Thanks again guys and gals for the awesome service I continually receive

Great!!! as always

This is the 5th car I have leased, I have never had a issue. Got want I wanted at the budget I set. Never have I experience the hard sell tactics you get at other Dealers. If I have a problem or a question my phone calls are always returned even after the deal is made. I read a few of the less favorable reviews and I can tell you twice they didn't have the exact car I wanted they didn't try to talk me into something else but got me want I wanted, no problem, One car I took delivery of had it two days noticed a small scratch took it back, fix it no question no problem no charge. I could go on, But thanks guys see ya in 3 years.. I also recommend if you buy a car from Jeff you should seriously consider adding the interior protectant they offer, its like Scotch Guard X 1000.
