Love my new Outback!! Thank you Joe Jenkins!!!!!!

Excellent joe jenkins was great!!!!!!

Joe Jenkins was great to work with

Beechmont Subaru has a great selection of used cars and very fair prices. Joe Jenkins was great as he listened to us and helped us instead of selling us. I will always give this dealer a look first when looking for a new or used car. I also learned if you have a problem, the GM will respond in a timely manner and correct whatever may be.

Great experience buying first car

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, but it went very smoothly! I'd compared prices at many other dealers, and this one by far was the best. The service was also excellent: everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were even willing to bring in the car from several hours away to get me the color I preferred.

Good Communication, Honest Opinions

Bought a new Outback that was custom ordered. We has very specific colors we wanted and had wanted to only pay for options we thought we would use. When we asked Todd Gray his opinion on specific features he would tell us what he thought and the cost for specific options. We were able to order exactly what we wanted, had what seemed to be a fair price agreement based on web price stats, and Todd communicated easily with us as we waited for our car to be delivered. I would often text him with a quick question and he would text right back. We drove extra time to this dealership due to the rating on this website and a negative feeling at a different Cinci Subaru dealership. It was worth the time.

Bought an Impreza

Beechmont Subaru offered the lowest price for my 2015 Impreza I could find in a wide search, and the service was excellent throughout the buying process. I did not feel like I was the target of a sales pitch, rather I felt like the sales person Joe P wanted to help me find the best fit for me. I ordered my vehicle, and as I was waiting for it to arrive he kept me up to date on the status. He even came in on his day off when it arrived.

First time Subaru buyer

I have owned nothing but Hondas all my life but when it came time to buy a car for my son he convinced me that a Subaru Forester was his first choice. We worked with Todd Gray at Beechmont Subaru and he was great!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Great Experience

I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Joe Jenkins. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. I had a few in mind that I wanted to test drive and he got me set up to do so. When I came back, he took the time to answer any and all of my questions. He was very patient and easy going which made the experience exceed my expectations, as this was my first car purchase!

Repeat Customer @ Beechmont

This is my second time back to Beechmont Subaru to buy a WRX. This time I went with an STI and Dave Smith, once again, took excellent care of me. He went entirely out of his way to find me the exact car I wanted, get it on the lot, cleaned up, and ready for me in one weeks time. I made a call to him on Tuesday, and had the car by Saturday. Not only that, I only spent about 2 hours in the dealership from start to finish! Rhonda Silbiger, the finance manager, was also AMAZING to work with. Beechmont Subaru doesn't treat you like a sale, they treat you like a friend. They were excited for me, which I really enjoyed. If you are looking to get great customer service without the nonsense of being treated like a sale then I would say Beechmont Subaru is the place for you.
