Exceptional dealer and exceptional service department

We have two Hondas, both purchased at Voss. They know us when we come in - they offer discounts without the coupons - they are honest and have taken care of "little things" with no charge! This is a car dealership that has gone the distance. We lost that "oh oh....." feeling when we've needed something repaired. Some dealers see $$$$ when a customer walks through the door - not Voss - and that goes double for their service department. There is a negative comment here in the reviews that I don't understand at all.

Highly recommend!!

Bought a Honda Pilot from Ted last night. After a horrible experience at a different dealership he renewed our faith. We drove from Kentucky to get this amazing Pilot. Even with others calling wanting the vehicle it was there for us when we showed up!(last dealership sold one out from under us) my parents will be looking for a new car soon and they will definitely be contacting Ted! Thank you for being amazing professionals with great customer service!

Great Service first time Honda buyer

Worked with Dale at Voss Honda and it was a great experience. We are a first time Honda buyer and really felt like the dealership gave us the best information possible to guide us when buying. It was a very positive and personable experience for buying a car.

Beware of this dealership!!!

These people really don't know what they're doing! The service department at this location is a bunch of rude old men who do not know anything except cheating customers out of their money! These people are a clear representation of crooks! 2 months after buying my Honda (hybrid) I notice the batteries that drive the engine do not hold a charge after leaving the engine shut off for 5 + minutes, or after being fully charged, the battery level immediately drops to dead. I take it to get it checked at Voss Honda, since the warranty was far from being over (I confirmed after calling Honda's home office). After about an hour, they tell me they're finished. They tell me there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car and what I described is how a hybrid is supposed to operate. They then drop a $70 charge on me for their diagnostic services, and written on the invoice for service performed was "test-drove the car 2 miles". They didn't hook any up and diagnostic equipment or do anything to test the problem besides take it on a joy ride! After refusing to pay the $70 fee for what they called "service", they proceeded to lie to me over and over, saying there was no warranty coverage on my car and I had to pay the fee, and if I had a problem with that, I were to call the Honda corporate office. One month later, I get a recall in the mail for the exact problem my car was having, and had it serviced under a different dealership. Honda's corporate office, of course, told me I was lying about receiving the recall in the mail (even after I faxed it to them!) and told me they would do nothing about the charge from Voss Honda because they don't refund diagnostics (something I didn't agree to in the first place, considering my car is STILL under warranty). After this couple months of xxxx, being treated like trash and called a liar, I have put my 6 month old Honda cr-z up for sale, and after owning nothing but Honda cars my entire life, it is safe to say I will NEVER buy one again. If you value your money and have any pride, beware of Honda and especially the Voss Honda dealership!!!

Great service, reliable, and fair pricing

For being new to the process of purchasing a vehicle, I can't say enough great things about Voss Honda. Everything - from my initial visit to the financial side of things - was smooth and handled with the utmost professionalism. Voss has a wonderful team, but I highly recommend my salesman Jay Plake.

Dedicated to Professionalism

Do you find yourself anxious when considering the idea of shopping for a car? Does the fear of being "ripped off" or "bulldozed" by a salesmen cause you to dread the whole ordeal? It did me too. UNTIL I wmet the professionals at Voss Honda in Tipp City. My wife and i could not have had a better experience. Kudos and Praise to Ted Scission! He was our "salesman". NO pressure, NO arm-twisting, NO manipulation! Ted was polite, professional and personable. He made the time to answer all of our questions very thoroughly. Explanations of warranties, guidance with the legalities of registration transfer, and conscientious presentation of additional options, WITHOUT any hint of coercion to purchace, were all handled with genuine concern. HIs counterpart in the process, "Joe", who holds your hand through crossing the T's and dotting the I's displayed the same courtesy and dedication to assisting -"us" - the customers in getting the vehicle and options we really wanted. Great Experience

We were in the market for a used Honda Odyssey. After researching and not being satisfied with the selection of vehicles near home, we expanded our search. After finding a selection of 4 potential vehicles (Honda certified) at a competitive price and looking through the dealer reviews, I took 2 of my boys 3 hours to Voss Honda and spoke with Jay Plake. I was very happy I did. Jay was very easy going (no pressure), up front, great with the boys and I had a great experience. The dilemma was deciding which of the vehicles to purchase (there were 3 similar vehicles). I would definitely recommend checking out Voss Honda and highly recommend Jay Plake for used car sales.

Outstanding Serives

If you are looking for a used car I would highly recommend Voss Honda and Jay Flake. This is the first time I spoke with a car salesman letting him know what I was looking for and wanting my payment to be and he came back with a monthly payment lower than what I has asked for. When picking up my car the whole process was so easy. The car was full of gas, sparkling clean and the financial part was a breeze, really cool system for signing you financial contract.

Excellent Salesman / Service

Ted Scisson was an excellent, knowledgeable, and professional salesman and I highly recommend him for a contact if you are looking for a great used vehicle at a great price. Ted presented me with a 2011 Honda Pilot, and while I am an avid truck lover, I had been debating about getting an SUV for better gas mileage, passenger room, etc. Ted answered all questions, was NOT pushy in anyway, and let me make my decision. Needless to say when I test drove the Pilot I decided I wanted to own it. Ted worked out a GREAT deal for me, and the service, accuracy, and efficiency was high quality on all levels.
