mid October 2024 purchased new Honda odyssey from Voss Honda. Salesman Mike never would speak to me after purchasing. Rude. When at the parts department few days ago Mike all of a sudden out of no where wants to shake hands. Mumbling I didn’t say hi to him when I came in. Strange! Cause he completely ignored me from day one after the sale. Reason: I’d mentioned his rude way in the finance office few days ago. Guess he was told. Next, when got the new van notice black under skirting was backing out from retainer screws in the wheel well. Nick, service rep, proceeded to tell me it’s a big job to fix and cost lots. He advised, to my disbelief, “buy a can of liquid welder and putty it up.” Not happy with his advice I spoke with Zack service technician. Who elevated concern to service manager. Was ok!d to replace skirting by service manager. Was replaced. So why the nickel and dime nonsense from nick? Next problem: when purchased got extended maintenance plans AND tire/rim care policy. Whenever wanted to use these plans got the “you don’t have such extra.” Made me pay for what was already paid for in the extra plans I purchased. Told “there is no record / copy of your purchase.” Despite showing to various reps on various occasions my copy of the PAID extended policies! After too much of this run around I went to finance manger and cancelled both policies. Finally received refund checks in the mail. When she asked why cancellation? I told her of rude treatment by Mike, the continued run around over the extended policies (despite them copying my copy), Nick’s stupid fix it yourself answer and didn’t help and other issues. Give credit to two people there: Zack and new finance officer. At least she showed she cared. I always wanted to buy new passport from this dealer. Not now! Gone elsewhere. Also Randy service tech telling me I needed new wipers. Duhh, like day before I put top line new ones on before the service appointment. Will not go back to this dealer. Nor recommend it to anyone. Mike’s rudeness was uncalled for. He couldn’t for over a year of seeing me various times not even utter a “hi.” Then gives me the big fake meet and greet show few days ago. My advice: be careful with this dealership. Go elsewhere.

Very poor technicians, they couldn't diagnose a fan issue, cost me over $2500 to fix. Very poor management. Next day they offered me a free oil change, wow, felt so thrilled they offered that... Brent Smith should be ashamed

I spent over $80,000 on 2 brand new Hondas for my wife and I. I ordered extras put on both cars and it took 3 phone calls to finally get somebody to call me back and set up an appointment to have the extras installed. One of the extras was not in stock and when it did come it took 4 more calls, the last to the general manager who got my appointment rolling but never bothered to even call me back as I requested. The service department is a big let down and if I had known it would be so hard to schedule an appointment I would never have bought cars there. For the money I spent the service I got was not worth it. Maybe good service kicks in @ $100,000 or more? I will never do any business with Voss honda again!

The car that I test drove had way more miles that it was listed as. The salesmen are very unprofessional and the boss himself was disrespectful. They also have the least amount of cars I’ve ever seen in a dealership.

One of the best dealerships I have ever been to. They gave us a good offer with our trade and were OUTSTANDING with the van we purchased. Our salesperson, Brad, was very helpful and laid back. We had our three kids with us, and all the staff were very understanding and accommodating. It was definitely worth the trip to Tipp!

Customer beware! They will lie and try to take your money! Service dept is the worst! Managers don't do their jobs and call people back! I was told my 4 tires were bad by the service dept because I "was probably playing on my phone while driving and hit a pot hole." When I shut that theory down quickly they said they had a bad finish on the tires and that it wasn't covered under warranty. 20,000 miles on a new car and all 4 tires need changed now I think not! Then said on my work form that the tires were good and had slight tread wear! I asked for a manager 3 times and was denied, I called and requested a manager call me back and got nothing! This place is a money pit praying on anyone they can!

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had in any vehicle I have ever bought in my life. Purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot Touring Edition. Mind you this vehicle is a $46,000 vehicle. Shortly after picking up the Honda Pilot, I noticed the driver's side mirror was shaking while driving. Like it was loose. Also, my BIGGEST complaint, the AC on this did NOT WORK! Right away I took it back to Voss to be told that the AC was under spec. Nothing they could do, and can't even get a mirror for the Honda so they used epoxy glue. 2 weeks later the lane departure and collision system totally went haywire. You would be driving with nothing around and the Pilot would slam the brakes on like you were going into a front-end collision. Took the Honda back AGAIN and also mentioned the AC STILL NOT WORKING!!! Was told it's all in specs that's just how it is. This is TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY to me! It is a $46,000 piece of junk! Now the transmission will not shift sometimes and clunks. Auto Stop-start system is now going haywire. Still would not do a single thing for me. Told me "It's Just How It Is". Needless to say, I no longer have the Honda. Since Honda can't get many "NEW" units due to COVID-19 another local Honda dealer bought it back from me. I was never so happy to see that piece of junk go! I will NEVER EVER DEAL WITH VOSS HONDA IN TIPP CITY! INCOMPETENCE!!!! IGNORANCE!!

The guy I was dealing with was very friendly and nice untill he started to Judge me. He tried to tell me how long I been working as a hair stylist and was judging by my looks. I’m clearly 30 he thought I was 21 so basically tried to say I been doing hair since I was 8 years old only because he thought I was 21. Then he started making up all these reasons as to why I would need a co-signer because I’m self employed. He didn’t even give me a options to show my proof of income untill he ran my application and wanted so much money as a down payment and wanted my monthly payments to be $400 a month @ 54 moths that’s a lot for 2011 vehicle. I didn’t feel as I was treated right because he never asked if I was interested in anything else he just left the conversation at that. So not fair. Very unprofessional...
