Terrible customer service
Our 1st encounter with airport Toyota was 2003. We were going to buy a new car. The salesperson blatantly lied to us. We live 1 mile from this dealership and have bought 3 new Toyota cars from a different dealership that is a 1/2 hour drive away. Fast forward 15 years later. There is an urgent recall on one of our cars and they will not work with us on making arrangements to get it repaired. Proof their customer service has not improved! This issue has been reported the the Brand. The big guys are involved now. Don’t buy from Airport Toyota they don’t deserve your business.

Great salesman and experience
For anyone who shops for a used vehicle at Joseph Toyota and wants a top notch buying experience ask for Calvin Worthy. This was my first time buying a used vehicle and Calvin exceeded all my expectations and provided exemplary service. He even came into the dealership on his scheduled day off to make sure he could answer any questions and ensure the delivery of my used Camry was to my satisfaction. There is not much more a customer could ask for. I give this transaction a true 5 star rating and will return when I decide to make another purchase.
