My Experience with Ocean Cadillac was very good, Michael's response to my request and wishes was very good, and the finance process, as well was very fast and efficient. I would consider purchasing my second car with you guys.

Took my CT4 for oil change and regular maintenance, everything was done well. Orlando Mancina took care of me on a very professional and courteous manner. He got me a ride from the dealer to my office and back witch was very much appreciated.

I told Orlando my gear shifter broke and sent in pics on

I told Orlando my gear shifter broke and sent in pics on 12/8. He told me it would take a few days. I received a text next week saying to track my progress of my repair. No one called and they did not have my car. When I followed up the following week, part was still not in & repair was closed. A month later and you guys are asking for a review on a repair you never did.

Enrique is a very hard-working and knowledgeable sales

Enrique is a very hard-working and knowledgeable sales person. He was willing to spend a significant amount of time with us going over the vehicle and helping us with the entire experience. Overall we had a very positive experience with Ocean Cadillac and with the help of the general manager, Victor, we were able to get our dream vehicle.

Purchased a pre-owned non-Cadillac vehicle.

Purchased a pre-owned non-Cadillac vehicle. Although I might be the cheapest customer ever in the history of Ocean Cadillac, all staffs were quite polite to me. Totally different from Toyota near by, I purchased a brand-new vehicle, was so frivolous and rude. The sales person at Ocean Cadillac, Anastasia, was quite nice person and so comfortable to deal with. She even reached out to me several times after the purchasing for “after-care”. I will definitely consider of purchasing a Cadillac from her for the next occasion.
