Mazda has a better vehicle, and an honest staff. Letters to three Kia managers were unanswered. Deliberately deceitful and unapologetic. Avoid this dealership. $699.50!

First Kia
My experience buy my first Kia was great. I was blown away and still blow away by the “Nero” I am a UBer driver and have already put close to 3,000 miles on it and I only had three weeks. Sales person Peter was amazing. He made the experience great and glad he was my sales person. My only complaint and this reason why people hate buying cars. Is when the manager step in and at the very end of the deal he told me the battery was not cover under the 100,000 mile warranty. This cost me additional $1,700 I was not expecting. I would walk out that day but I purchase the Nero because I like the car and glad I bought it. This message is to Airport Kia, if your going want my business again this can never happen again. No supprises. I would give them five starts if this did happen. Not understanding why making extra $1,700 would be worth losing a customer.

In regards to the Hybrid Battery on your vehicle, yes it wasn't covered under the Certified Pre-owned Warranty that was included in your purchase price. By purchasing the vehicle CPO the vehicle's balance of 10 years/100,000 miles Power Train warranty would transfer whereas without the CPO it wouldn't. The additional $1,744 (which is the Platinum Coverage) was to extend the balance of the 5 years/60,000 miles Factory Warranty to cover up to 10 years/100,000 miles which in addition would as well cover the Hybrid Battery. I recently leased a 2018 Stinger GT2 – what a car!!! – from Airport Kia (Naples, FL). Over the course of several visits, I had the pleasure of dealing with four guys at the dealership: Reggie, Pete, Len, and Pat. In all of my interactions with these individuals, I never once felt like I was being treated as “a number.” Each of these gentlemen was, at all times, personable, respectful, accommodating, and professional. With relatively little effort on my part, I was offered what I considered to be a very fair deal. In fact, I was so pleased by my friendly, non-pressured experience that I never even bothered to contact another Kia dealership. (This is way out of character for me!) All aspects of the leasing process – test drives, negotiation, delivery, and follow-up – went extremely smoothly. Airport Kia’s advertising claims that, “Our price sells cars.” While this may be true, price was only one part of my decision to do business with this dealership. The way in which I was treated by their great team was also a contributing factor. (Thanks, guys!) I have already shared my positive experience with several of my friends . . . and, even with a few strangers who have admired my car. Needless-to-say, I highly recommend Airport Kia!

Do not go unless you put it in writing yourself. Always had a good relationship over the past 5 years with this dealership. I have leased three cars from them and I will never return. My family and I were treated with such disrespect and made to be fools. I told them exactly what I was looking for and they were fully aware but left a very important detail out of the paperwork and took 0 ownership for the error. I will never deal with them again and will ensure that I share my story with Everyone I know.
