After shake hands and broke a deal the salesman after 30 minutes came back and he wants lots more money a month. Bad dealer stay away lots of bad people there. I went in fort Myers’s at and made a deal and I was out in 2 hours with my new Telluride

Bought a new Telluride 2024 trim falling off drivers and passenger doors at windows will not fix them because they can’t get the parts so they say suggested I might have to pay for it. The repair waiting quite a long time to hear from anyone called service called salesman All to no avail thank God I didn’t buy a big warranty because if they can’t get trim, how would they get a transmission? Save your money by a Ford Chevy Dodge anything other than Kia owners at IKEA don’t carry either so if you don’t mind throwing your money away, buy a car there

I'm sharing this online so that others can determine whether or not l'm being treated properly. I own a 2019 Kia Optima that was purchased at Airport Kia that has about 18,000 miles on it. Last April and May I brought to their attention a problem that I was having with my air conditioner. It was blowing warm air. At first they diagnosed it as a blower problem and I got the car back and it still wasn't working properly. I brought it in again and they changed some other part. My wife and I were leaving Florida in May for the summer months and I requested the customer service representative to note that we would not be back until October if the air conditioner wasn't working properly. As it turns out due to hurricane Milton are plans changed and we didn't get back to Florida until November 23. And, yes the air conditioner was not working. I brought the car back to Airport Kia, and they now diagnosed the car as needing a new evaporator and that the car went out of warranty on November 11,2024. My argument is that this problem was a pre existing problem and should be covered by the warranty. Until now the position of Airport Kia is that they will fix it at an out of pocket expense to me of $2,800. I have left messages for Their GM to call me, to no avail, and I have also contacted Kia who is investigating and has assigned me a case #. I'm sharing this with the public because I expected more from Airport Kia.

Service is quick and straightforward, service advisors
Service is quick and straightforward, service advisors are super friendly and helpful, only had one problem when they incorrectly swapped my battery but they made sure to rectify the situation. All the staff are very nice and helpful, will always be my preferred service location.

I have dealt with KIA for 5 years now and have never had an issue or problem. Everything is very professional and treat their customers with respect and are all very friendly. Shelia is the best and helps her customers in whatever they need. They are efficient in any work they have done for me and keep me posted on what they are doing. My next vehicle will definitely be a KIA.

It seems like since I didn't purchase my car from them
It seems like since I didn't purchase my car from them that their service department doesn't need to provide any customer service. Over the course of several visits, I couldn't get them to help me with the radio, wires hanging by the pedals, or my key fob. Thanks for nothing. This place sucks.
