I had the good fortune of working with Jonathan Whitlow who is the ultimate professional. From the time that I first met Jonny, I always felt as though he was my dealer friend and would go that extra step to help me in my search for the car that I wanted. With great communication, he came through with the exact model, color combination and option packages that I wanted. Another thing that I feel is worth mentioning, and this coming from being in retailing my entire life, Jonny made himself available 24/7 for any questions that I may have had. Although Mercedes-Benz of Naples have certain business hours that they are open, Jonny let me know that I can contact him anytime. To summarize, anyone wanting to receive the ultimate service and guidance in searching for a Mercedes-Benz, or possibly any other fine automobile at the dealership, owe it to themselves to trust Jonny. From honesty and hard work, he'll give you everything he's got. Jonny's support staff is top notch and appreciates the customer and has absolutely no problem going out of their way to accommodate. I was in the market for a Mercedes E350 Sports Wagon and was using the USAA buying service. In developing the specification for the car I worked with Adam Davis through test drives and performance discussions. He is about as knowledgeable on Mercedes products as anyone I've ever met and his professionalism in the whole process was a terrific help. In the end I felt theat I bought the car and the options I wanted without pressure to buy more. The buying service and the dealerships trade-in on my S500 made the purchase price what I hoped I would achieve. Since the vehicles arrival the dealership has spent several hours ensuring that I understand and can utilize all of the technology in the E350. They have gone above and beyond expectation in this regard.

I purchased a 2012 E350 Convertible from Eddie Lawrence. The buying process was outstanding. Eddie detailed the areas of the car that needed attention and worked closely with Adrian to make sure they had been addressed. There is one area that needs to be addressed. That is the CHROME under the convertible top. Adrian gave this special effort but it appears to be a flaw in the chrome material. It appears th be plastic rather than metal. Eddie indicated that he would follow up on this. Also the rear left floor mat will be replaced. Overall a great job by the MB Naples crew Brendan Murtaugh

We had purchased a GLK 350 from Debbie Marino at Naples Mercedes in 2014. Debbie knew we were also looking for a newer R350 with very low mileage. Mercedes discontinued this model in 2012. She called us this March when she found one in almost showroom condition that would certainly meet our needs. We went to look at it the following day and purchased it that very same day! Just as before, she and everyone at Naples Mercedes provided us with outstanding service. Debbie, Ken, Geoff, John and the management staff at this great dealership, for the second time within a year, made this a great sales experience. They answered all of our questions, provided all background info on the vehicle, and simplified the whole transaction. Everyone there helped to provide outstanding service and a friendly atmosphere. Joe Politi was extremely personable and a true professional. We didn't know buying a vehicle could be so easy. The vehicle we purchased (used) had a inoperable window and after negotiating with the dealership, they agreed to take care of the window. Upon bringing the vehicle into service, I met with Adrienne, (don!t know his last name) he too, was very personable. All in all, we found this to be an enjoyable experience.
