He is the consummate professional on every level - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and 100% honest about every aspect of the car buying experience. Also, and equally important to me, he follows up on the “after details” by returning phone calls and making sure what was promised as “part of the deal” actually gets done. Very refreshing!
