Braman is the closest BMW dealership to my home. However, I started my search with 2 other BMW’s dealerships. I found the model I liked at Delray and told my husband, who works in the vicinity, to look at the car. My husband is a General Contractor and was dressed as one would expect a GC to be dressed. He was totally ignored while browsing the lot and showroom. Even though, I was treated with aplomb, we decided NOT to purchase our vehicle there, even though, Serge, the salesman was very nice and professional. I then went through TrueCar to locate my desired car. Within minutes, I was contacted by someone from BMW of Coconut Creek. in order to get the deal, I was told to ask for the New Car Sales Manager upon my arrival. “Moe” introduced me to Demeritus, who again was very nice, accommodating, and professional. I decided on the car and the negotiations began…bottom line, 3 different dealer fees were added, after the True Car discount, which brought the price right back to MSRP. The fees, I was told we’re not negotiable because they would have to remove them for everyone, otherwise, there could me a class action suit. I asked for a copy of the offer and the details of the car. I was refused the offer because I was told it is the dealership’s property, and I was given the details of the car which were printed on paper which already had printing on it so I could barely read it. As soon as I walked out the front doors, I called Braman BMW in West Palm Beach and it started the BEST car buying experience I have ever had in buying a new car! Nick, my salesman, said he would have the car ready for me upon my arrival, which he did. However, I did not like the interior trim, so we went inside the showroom to look at the inventory. I immediately spotted a car on the floor of the same model I was interested in but a different color. Nick showed me my other options and I decided on the one on the showroom floor. Negotiations began, simple, no fuss, I got what I wanted plus an interior maintenance agreement! While I was waiting for the business manager, I watched while my car was detailed to where it sparkled. I could tell the detailer took great pride in his work which is unusual to see in this day and age. I do not know this person’s name but Braman is lucky to have such an employee! Then I got to meet Alex, one of the business managers, who was also delightful! It was all quick, easy, while we were having great conversation! Then I walked out and saw my new car with a huge bow, Everyone I worked with was awesome, I recommend Braman BMW the go to dealership and I hope you will be fortunate enough to work with Nick, (who is too new and not listed to get my 5 Star rating Alex and have your car’s final touches done by the person who did mine! I could go to any BMW dealership, especially since this one is an hour away from me. But for the second time, I came back to Braman and more so came back to work with Willy. He does what is promised and gives fantastic service. He does not feel like a car salesman, but a trusted friend who gets you the best price all around. Easy to work with, honest and simply not the stereotypical “shady” salesman. I’ll keep buying only from him. Thanks Willy.

I bought the car remotely from Massachusetts and dealt with Alexander Winter. Overall experience was very good. Alexander was excellent to deal with and I would highly recommend. I received the car and it was as nice if not better than presented.
