The new building and service department makes this
The new building and service department makes this dealership much more formidable of/when looking to buy/service vehicles. The service department was way more friendlier/professional than my first visit there when trailers were set up for the customers/technicians.

POOR service department.
POOR service department. . With a appointment one hour and forty five minutes for simple oil change. Watched so called mechanic go on his phone for a while after or during the service. I guess good help is not like it was when a spent 40 years as a Garage owner and mechanic...GOOD LUCK...

Sorry for your Experience, I will definitely check into this. I appreciate your feed back so we can focus on what to watch out for and how to get better! Its unacceptable to be on a phone in the shop unless its Work related. I monitor the shop with Video to keep an eye on this. Sorry again.
