I informed them it was my transmission and the car was

I informed them it was my transmission and the car was notifying it was the transmission problem and they made me wait 1 week to diagnose and over 2 weeks for repairs. Agent didn?t tell me about my insurance deductible, they charged me for a new battery because they indicated they ?needed the battery to properly diagnose? although my car was showing it was a transmission problem. Lastly they did an oil change that I had not approved to be completed and did not find out about the charge until I got there to pick up the vehicle. Over all expierence was bad as they took 3 weeks to get my vehicle back with a quote of $300+ that I would have to pay but when I arrived they had charged me $700 as it included the insurance deductible (I was not aware of prior) and the charge for an oil change I had not approved.

Gilbert Chevrolet-Maurice was very knowledgeable when

Gilbert Chevrolet-Maurice was very knowledgeable when fixing our 2009 Corvette. The service department personnel were good to work . The part needed was not supposed to ever break and no new Chevy part available. Chevrolet needs to support their cars better.

They didn?

They didn?t fix the problem. The excuse was it quit doing it while we had it so they couldn?t diagnose the problem correctly. Same old crap

Great service

Excellent experience

Albert made my first time buying a new car an all around great and easy experience. He and his team were there to answer any and all questions I had. I will definitely be recommending Albert at Gilbert Chevrolet to anyone I know looking for a new car!

No new car

They(the sales person put our name in the computer) supposedly had our name on a car coming in, and they sold it out from under us, we never got a chance to buy it.. No other name was on it when we were there.. Oh well we'll take our money/business somewhere else..
