Ed Howard Lincoln

My overall experience was fine, but when came to financing it was a screwed up mess that took numerous hours of my time to resolve. Yesterday I discovered that I was never given my vehicle registration, and when I called the dealership to get it, I was told it was my responsibility to go to DMV and get it myself when the dealer was perfectly able to get it for me. After all, it was/is their responsibility. This is NOT the experience I expected when I bought a Lincoln. Robert Schuerman

I came into Ed Howard Lincoln Mazda in Sarasota just to check a box and look around, with no real expectation of buying that day. I ended up leaving with the perfect used car for my daughter. The team made the entire process easy and pressure free. The vehicle was a 2017 Passat that was clearly and fairly priced, so there was no haggling or games. It was exactly what we were looking for in a safe, reliable starter vehicle. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and professional from start to finish. I have had my 2022 Lincoln Corsair for about a week now and I love it! I?m so happy I went with this car. The ride is so smooth. There is very little road noise and extremely comfortable to ride in. We were very pleased with our experience at Ed Howard Lincoln when we test drove and purchased a pre owned Lincoln Nautilus. Mac was very helpful in educating us on all the new technology of the car's infotainment features.He was also great at communication and scheduling our appointments. Frankie was very responsive answering questions prior to arrival at the dealer. 2023 Lincoln Corsair is an impressive upgrade versus the 2021 Lincoln Corsair. Great luxury SUV and exceeded expectations. Have the Jet Black trim option and it looks great with the black grill and black wheels. Very happy with the buying process and the vehicle is superb!

Absolutely A WONDERFUL experience purchasing my used SUV from Ed Howard. Very pleased with the SUV. BUT what even more important is that Ed Howard is fair and honest dealer. THEY PLAY NO GAMES. They charge just one fee along with Tag/Title. Other dealers charge multiply fee on top of thier prices, $1000s of dollars. Literally the last hour of the year and made a left turn into Ed Howard Lincoln. After test driving 12 other cars throughout the day I?m happy to say we made a great last minute decision. They not only stayed open late for us to complete the deal, they worked with us on the financing. This is a great car (Lincoln Aviator) and so far everyone has been absolutely wonderful.
