Don't trust white glove reception

Nothing good to say about the services. Sky high prices,uncaring technicians, faked complementary inspection!!!! Cars interiors are not protected during service!!! tools and parts just dropped all over to the ground, tools are far a way, out of reach. Just observe through the window. It is painful to see......I did not mention that my new set of tires were installed on a wrong way. Really. Inside out! How can such thing happen at MB? Tires were reinstalled, but my trust is gone. I question the 4 1/2 star rating for vehicles service.

Customer Service appointment with Bobby Tomasini
