My 2022 Tahoe was towed in again, the gauge cluster had

My 2022 Tahoe was towed in again, the gauge cluster had to be replaced under warranty, it was there for over one month, no one from the dealership ever called to update me or my wife on the status. Got stranded with it again and had to have it towed to Dyer, after 1 week I finally had to call for an update was told the Tahoe needed a fuel system module and part is on back order. It has now been at Dyer for a total of 3 months for 2 separate warranty repairs. Trouble is…these parts are being put into new Tahoes on the assembly line right now, that where their priority is, it’s not a priority for GM to take care of and existing customer. Even the dealership could pull the part of a Tahoe that hasn’t been sold to make sure a customer I’d taken care of but…why should they, they made the sale already, I no longer matter that much I guess. They are fine with me forking over $70,000 for the price ledge of driving a cheap Dodge rental. did I mention that a customer doesn’t even get offered a trade up or at least the same type of vehicle to drive while your waiting an indefinite amount of time. It is now Dec. 13 , 2023, I’ve been without my new since Nov. 10th , 2023. (Part is still back ordered ) I’m driving a little Dodge.

The finance department was rude, informing me that I am

The finance department was rude, informing me that I am wrong and I do not know anything. The finance department stated that they do not provide paper copies of the transaction and it would be emailed to me. I had to text and email requesting this after 4 days. When I did receive them, the finance company OVER charged me the price of my vehicle, they charged me more than the advertied price which is why my numbers did not match theirs. Sent email to the managers and no one has gotten back to me. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and telling everyone NOT TO GO TO YOUR DEALERSHIP. I was not provided with anyone business card as to whom I spoke with. The sales man Carlos was very nice, that is the only nice thing I have to say. Another issue with their lack of anything, The finance paperwork I received had Space Coast Credit Union as bank listed. I just received an email from another bank stating they have my loan. I will NEVER EVER EVER purchase a vehicle from here.

AVOID if possible This dealer has put 4 different

AVOID if possible This dealer has put 4 different transmission in my Silverado and it still has the same issue from when I brought it in Aug 2021. They do not stand behind their work or lack it. They were paid over 9 thousand and my truck doesn't work. I left messages for Jonathan the general manager to call me back he never called. Todd is also useless. He has no integrity as a service manager. They have recorded message that states they get it right the 1st time guarantee not the case at all. They ask to give them a chance before bad feed back which I gave them multiple times to get it right. They got paid I am out money and a working truck!

I ordered a2024 Chevrolet Trax LS in may 2023 for the

I ordered a2024 Chevrolet Trax LS in may 2023 for the price of $22740 plus tax and dealer fees at time of ordering vehice i asked salesman if price goed up what happends i was told not to worry about that you are guaranterd thst price you are locked in well when i took delivery of new vehicle on Otomber 28th the price of vehicle jumped up to $22885 plus tax and dealer fees i asked about price difference and could not get an answer maybe you can dyer chevrolet is not helping me they never gave me a tour of service fepartment or parts department or to tell me when i should get my first oil change i would appreicate help you give me thank you Gary Worster
