Graet place!

Great place to do business.Becky took care of me on my new maverick and had everything ready to go before I got there.Was in and out in less than an hour on a brand new vehicle purchase.Thanks for a great experience!

I would like to commend both Brianna Mosley and Alyssa Allen for a great job when I bought My Maverick . They made the process so at home . I would recommend your dealership to everyone

Credit check over reach

The Avon Park Dealership is not honest and watch out for shady tactics when giving your personal information to them. They think they can do whatever they want with your information, But a lawyer says differently. We had a very bad experience with this dealership, First was told vehicle was a 1 owner and found out that it was not by checking on there auto check at home, Secondly I had specifically asked them to only run one credit check with one bank 3 people on the sales floor heard me say it plus the person on the phone had also heard it, The Sales Manager ran the report 7 times, I have know Idea what we did to deserve this type of treatment. We had a nice down payment and had checked our insurance before we made the final decision. After the sales manager told us he ran the credit 3 times I was not happy then due to we only wanted 1 credit check with the bank of our choice, then the sales manager said they could only take one credit card for lesser amount for a down payment after he stated to us that he would take both cards making our payments much lower even before he took our information. That was Sat Oct 30th Now today I get a citizens bank letter stating they would except us only on a lower term loan, So I immediately wanted to see the credit report to see actually how many times the sales Manager Dustin ran the credit information and guess what the total was 7 times. This was definitely overreach after he was told to only run once with a specific bank. Not looking for anything from anyone but I will say the proper authorities will be contacted about this matter so no one else gets whim shammed by this sales manager again.

Great car buying experience every time!

No pressure from salesmen and I've dealt with several over the years. Fair prices, best offer on my trade-in I found after visiting several dealerships in our area, great selection and fantastic warranties. I generally shop around and do a lot of research but I seem to always end up at Jarrett Ford Avon Park. This is our 4th vehicle purchase in 7 years from this dealership

good experience

We had a few glitches in the purchase experience but all were handled in a professional manner. Salesman Tori did a good job for an "out of state" sale. There was 1 item listed in equipment that the Lincoln MKC did not have. I really miss having driving lights but it's my own fault for not double checking.

No return of your money for my purchases truck

Bought a nice truck on Friday before Memorial Day 2020. Not a problem buying a used truck from the dealership. TOOK THE TRUCK BACK ON MEMORIAL DAY. ALL I GOT WAS ATTITUDE. SHORT STORY BAD SALES MANAGER. TREATED LIKE I DIDN'T MATTER. NO TRUCK, NO RETURN OF MY MONEY. I WAS TOLD THAT MR JARRETT SAID I WOULD RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK IN 2 WEEKS .This was a loan and the dealership knew that .So the manager Bobby promised that my money would be returned in 2 days . All lies, took my truck and making me wait 12 more days for a refund. Bad Business practices .

Advertise good prices on vehicles they don't have.

In the marked for a new Ford Transit Connect so I contacted this dealer about a couple they have advertised. They said "we must have just sold that one" and they tried to sell me a more expensive van. Now it's 3 weeks later and they still have the van they told me "just sold" listed here at a desirable price. Resembles a bait and switch scenario. Unfortunate.

new to Ford

After reading so many positive reviews I was surprised that the salesperson I spoke with never called be back after not one but two phone calls about a used car. Too many other dealers to deal with so this dealership has lost my business. One negative response gets 10 more as the word gets out!

I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. It's obvious we fell short and did not make the attempt to reach out to you even after the second phone call you placed. You have taken time to look at our inventory and placed numerous calls, but we managed not to make you a priority when we had the opportunity to.
