Seeing as how I had an appointment I expected to be taken care of quickly. Especially since there were 3 maybe 4 intake people working the counter and 2 of them were just standing there while the person who greetes me was already busy and hurrying to get to me. That wait wasn't too bad but the wait afterwards was! Again with several people standing there doing nothing I was kept waiting for the same man to finish with a previous customer before he could get to me. The service manager finally got onto the staff to take care of getting me checked out.

I had a fabulous experience with Jarrett Ford in Avon Park. Bobby Cuencas was the sales person that I dealt with and he was incredibly responsive and diligent during the sales process. I live in Charleston, SC and was worried that making a purchase out of state would be an unpleasant experience, but it was far from that. Bobby made the process very efficient and an absolute pleasure. I will be recommending Jarrett Ford in Avon Park to any of my friends who are in Florida or who are willing to travel for a great deal on a vehicle. Bobby Cuencas deserves a raise!!!!!

In my journey to and from work daily and my personal travel times, I log up a lot of miles on my 2008 Fusion. My necessary visits to Bill Jarret Ford come so quickly, about every other month, I forget to make an appointment until I look at my mileage and the helpful reminder that you always put on my window and see that it is time or just a little past the time that I need service. I call Bill Jarret Ford's service department and speak with Janine or Beth and they always seem to be able to work me into the busy schedule.It is also a nice surprise that I have gotten enough oil changes that this one is "FREE". I appreciate these ladies so much, that the once in awhile cookies or donuts I bring them and the gang does not seem to be enough to say thank you. THANK YOU Janine, Beth and Bill Jarret Ford.

Came in, test drove 4 trucks, and was out with my new f150 before lunch. Excellent service.
