They were quick and did my brakes and wow my car feels

They were quick and did my brakes and wow my car feels new and I didn’t ask for a vaccum and wash since I was in a hurry and they still did it! Overall Excellent

First - with my prior Pathfinder, I love that they didn’t

First - with my prior Pathfinder, I love that they didn’t try to push things on me in the Service Area. I always do regular maintenance and they respect that and don’t try extras. Then I had an odd intermittent sound. They could not recreate. They didn’t push any “try this or this”. The sales guys reached out and asked if I was ready for a new one. I said you don’t have what I want anyway. No pushing, just dropping options a few times. I said no go unless you can give me good on my trade. Boom, they did. With the Nissan specials running, including being a repeat Nissan customer, things were looking good. Still, not what I wanted. Again, BOOM, they found one and brought it in. Deal done in 24 hours. I so appreciate them not trying to take advantage and respecting my boundaries. I love Nissan, and this was my first interactions with Ed Hicks, being new to the area. They did fabulous!

Lysol , was great would recommend him to all

Lysol was my sales nan , snd he was so friendly and very patient with me. I would recommend all my friends and family to go and buy from Lysol because he made it fast and easy. Mr. Lysol is doing the best job ever.,,,

Loose bumper needs be done right

They took my bumper off now its loose. Refuse to fix issues. I just had maaco do work on it and my bumper was tight

Beware of the $2700 "add-on" SCAM!

Beware of the $2700 "add-on" SCAM! PRICES ON THE WEBSITE YOU BETTER ADD $2700 TO -BUT YOU ONLY GET A "PACKAGE ADD-ON" WORTH ABOUT $500. But there is a SUCKA born everyday and this over priced $2700 SCAM is for SUCKAS!!!! Ed Hicks give the customers the option to add the $2700 package after they choose the vehicle. You don't do that because you know it's a SCAM!!!

Making it right for the customer at nissan

I wrote a review on 01/26/21 title lairs after i post it on 01/27/21 Mr. Jim Anguiano at Nissan call me he listen and went into action to make it right on 01/28/21 i met with Mr. Anguiano and Mrs. Martinez corrected my paperwork and make it right with a great offer for me overall let say I am very happy leaving the Nissan office today they believe in what they say and tell you at the start and if that changes then call them up they will make it right THANK YOU AGAIN MR. JIM ANGUIANO FOR MAKING RIGHT FOR US I REALLY APPRECIATED.
