César Jiménez If u want to buy a car here read to understand my situation.Do not bye a car here and bye it somewhere else. I recently bought a 2021 GMC 2500. Although it looked strong and reliable, it came with several problems. There was a strange noise coming from the engine, noise in the brakes, and noise from the tires while driving. The battery was also leaking and had corrosion, which needed immediate attention. Even with these issues, I was still happy with the truck and was willing to fix the problems so it could run the way it should. I made an appointment with José Castillo to have my truck checked. I asked for a rental truck for free, but they told me I would have to wait for two weeks. Two days later, they called and said my truck was fixed. They told me the brakes just needed cleaning, the engine noise was normal, the tire noise was because the truck was in auto instead of 2WD, and the battery needed to be replaced. They said I had to pay half the price for the battery, so I paid $180. Two days later, I called again because the truck still had the same problems and the air filter light came on. I took the truck back, and they told me I needed to replace the air filter and charged me $50. While the truck was at the dealership, they opened the hood to check the filter, and I realized they had not replaced my battery. At that moment, I became very upset because I had already paid for a new battery two days earlier. I then realized that the mechanic was not professional and did not know what he was doing. I felt scared and no longer trusted them. The following month, I called again because I was still worried about the engine noise. I made another appointment and took the truck to a very experienced mechanic. He checked the truck just by listening to it and said everything sounded normal. At that point, I felt frustrated because it seemed like no one wanted to help me. I spoke with the manager, but he also refused to help. Long story short, I took my truck to Brandon Cadillac. After inspecting it, they told me the engine needed to be replaced, along with the brakes and the pitman arm. I was extremely upset because I bought a certified truck, but in reality, it was in very poor condition. I felt frustrated and betrayed. I filed a complaint with GM Corporation. They apologized for what happened and decided to help me. On January 13, 2026, they returned my truck to me in good condition with all the repairs completed. However, I still had to pay $1,500. If you are ever thinking about buying a car from Crown Buick GMC, I strongly advise you not to. I am begging you—don’t do it.
