Service dept.

Service dept. "3 visits to finally get the problem fixed" Tolled at least four 4 times that the batteries (2) were replaced. Upon the third visit I was told again that the small battery was replaced, and the cable ends were fixed. Jeep has started OK. The service dept only printed 2 service tickets at my 3-visit, stating that it was a continuing service issue. At my second visit, I spoke to the (A) services mgr.?. Where I stated this is my second time here for the same NO STARTING PROPLEM!!!! Where I said This could be a LEMON LAW ISSUE, IF SO, I will contact my lawyer. His reply was. I am just the middleman, we don't or didn't make the vehicle. WOW I WAS FLORED! At that point the service writers and the rest of those folks FROZE me out. Hanna to my rescue. she made sure that the Jeep was finally fixed. Thank You Hanna, and thanks to Brian Fishburn who helped me. I bought the vehicle a couple of weeks ago and am still

Had multiple sales guys attack us at the front door.

Had multiple sales guys attack us at the front door. Had to correct them multiple times because they kept inputting information incorrectly. Would not return any phone calls after sale regarding the title for the trade in
