The service was late, no parts and the vehicle was almost
The service was late, no parts and the vehicle was almost new. And the charges for the rent car were horrible. If this is not corrected I will become a Dodge or Ford customer. Three separate charges for a rent car. That should have been paid for me.

I took the vehicle in for a blemish repair on the wheel,
I took the vehicle in for a blemish repair on the wheel, and also had my routine service of an oil change and tire rotation. They sent the wheels out for repair and when they were returned, they did not do the rotation and the tires were nasty from where they were placed awaiting the repair. They also failed to replace the valve stem caps on those two tires. When I noticed it, I returned to the dealership spoke with the service manager. He took it back to the shop had the tires rotated, valve stem caps replaced, tires cleaned, and had me on my way back home quickly. I know they're busy and it was an oversight which was completely resolved. No hard feelings here.

The cost of an Intoxalock “Calibration” was reasonable
The cost of an Intoxalock “Calibration” was reasonable and equivalent to other provider. The cost of the Intoxalock devices “Removal” was Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! It was 2-3 times as much of what other providers charge for the same service. I was not informed of that cost until the process was completed. I complained about it and the dealer had no flexibility whatsoever. Had I known about this charge, I would have chosen another provider for the service. Not at all satisfied with this dealer and will not recommend them to anyone.

I received a call from the dealership about a factory
I received a call from the dealership about a factory recall that’s as needed for my truck. I advised that my schedule is aggressive and I need to do this on a weekend, and I planned on doing this at a local dealership in Corpus Christi. I was told I had GM points and therefore was an oil change special for $75, so it would be covered and therefore worth the trip to Aransas Pass. On Saturday 8/30 I drove 40 minutes to the dealership and arrived for my appointment. I was told a tech was not scheduled and therefore could not perform my recall work. I was offered an appointment during the week when the tech would be available. I declined because of my work schedule and asked to continue with the oil change special. I was told a price of over $100 and not offered the special price. I asked for the special to be honored and it eventually was. I told the service advisor I’d like to speak to the service manager about the situation. I called on Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day) and left a voice mail to return my call, as well as texted the service advisor. I was told the manager would return today 9/3. I again texted the service advisor to see if the manager planned on returning my call and he said he should be calling me back today. As of 6pm I have not heard back from anybody and don’t expect to.

Everyone we interacted with at this facility was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everyone worked to make us as comfortable as possible and Ashley kept us abreast of the progress on completion of the work on our vehicle.

Zero communication unless I reached out.
Zero communication unless I reached out. Then, it was a long time to return my calls. No, estimate. Then, I was given an estimate after work was almost completed. Called me upon completion to ask what I was quoted the previous day and then given a new amount. Took a week to do plugs and transmission flush.
