My husband and I purchased our first new car from this...

My husband and I purchased our first new car from this dealership back in Oct 2010. The service was fantastic! From the initial contact with the salesman, who was not the usual "pushy" type, to the wrap up dealings with the finance department, it was overall a very pleasant experience. Christina from finance was very knowledgeable, and helped guide us in the right direction. So, when we were in need of a newer used car recently we knew who to contact, and once again they came through for us! We will stick with this dealership for as long as we are both able to drive, and we highly recomend them to family and friends.

Steve Doyle was very honest and interested in finding the...

Steve Doyle was very honest and interested in finding the car of choice. At no additional charge, he seached and delivered the car from a south Florida dealership in a timely manner. He followed-up as promised. Eric Clark was very positive in getting the right price. He was concerned throughout the complete selling process. Both gentlemen were professionl and responded positively in my desire to buy a new Kia Sedona. My experience and purchase was pleasant and enjoyable.

All of the folks I encountered/worked with during this transaction were very professional, curtious, and effecient. I did not feel any excessive pressure, and my wife and I came away feeling comfortable with the deal and decision we made to purchase a 2011 Sorento. This is our first "non american/non GM product" acquisition, and our first ever lease, and we are hoping we made the right decision...... time will tell. John Jackson Tampa, Fl

All I have to say is that Courtesy Kia has their stuff together. I have purchased many vehicles before in other dealerships and they have nothing in comparison to the Kia store. I am extremely satisfied with the purchased I made and will definitely tell others to go there. Overall, I rate this dealership a tremendous success!

The people at Courtesy Kia were very helpful, friendly...

The people at Courtesy Kia were very helpful, friendly and down to earth. They made sure I got into the car I wanted at the price that I wanted. I went in and a couple hours later, I had a new car. Michelle kept me very comfortable with buying the car and didn't try and force me into anything or pressure me. Danny worked out a great price for me and found the perfect financing for me to fit my budget. I can't remember the financing agents name but he was also very kind and forward with answering any questions I had and explained everything very thoroughly to make sure I understood what I was signing. I'm very happy with my new car. It runs great and is great on gas. I've already told many of my friends about my great experience and would definately advise them to go to this dealership.

Good buying experience and very satisfied with the car, salesman and the dealership...they turned a bad buying experience into a vey positive one and we love the KIA never thought I would change from a Chrysler/Dodge to this one but so glad we did ....

great experience. Once we got passed the normal car...

great experience. Once we got passed the normal car dealership issues and came to an amount that we could work with it rolled along smoothly. Would reccomend this dealership and our sales representatives to a frein d or family member. I found the financing side to be somewhat tedious and time consuming but other than that it went well.

I was looking particular model of a Optima and had 6 or 7...

I was looking particular model of a Optima and had 6 or 7 dealers on my watch list Steve Doyle from Courtesy Kia called and said he's looking at my car in the parking lot it had just came off the truck. I came up that night to make the deal, well we couldn't make a deal that night with the sales manager just too far apart on the price. The next day I e-mailed Steve and told him what happen well he got things working again, if it wasn't for him we would had brought someplace else. Thanks again Steve Doyle and John Williams. We were treated with respect they are a great bunch of guys.

After being turned down by several other dealers to help...

After being turned down by several other dealers to help me get out of a vehicle that i owed to much on. Courtesy kia of brandon worked very hard and stayed late to get me a deal that got me out of the vehicle i was in and into a new vehicle with terms that i could afford.

When I was working with the sales associate, I had done...

When I was working with the sales associate, I had done my homework and knew more about the vehicle than he did. The sales associate I was working with did get a great deal for me. I did have to go to work the day I bought the SUV and came back a few days later for a detail and to have the SUV looked at for vibrations and a whining in the engine. After waiting for finance to go through the paperwork and get my SUV back took 3 hours in which the vehicle was not detailed nor was the engine looked at. There was interior damage on the day I bought the SUV and it was fixed right away! Kudos for that.
