Our Sales Professional was Mr. Rafael Escalante. He was very knowledgeable about the product, listened to our needs and immediately matched us with the perfect vehicle for us – a 2011 Kia Sorento LX V6. Throughout the entire sales process the entire staff was courteous, informative and not at all ‘pushy’. We went in knowing what we wanted, and how much we wanted to spend, and walked out with a great deal on a great car. We would be happy to recommend Courtesy Kia, and Rafael Escalante to anyone looking for a new vehicle in the Tampa Bay area.

for over a week now my mom has the new Kia soul,...

for over a week now my mom has the new Kia soul, beautiful car , she is retired and works almost full time and has a pretty good credit score, these guys put her in a car and let her drive it a week and we get a phone call saying she needs 3,000 more down. What scammers! we already put 1,000 down, after she loves the car! they knew her income, credit score it just seems if they want customer satisfaction they would do things right and not take advantage of an older women wanting a car. We have a signed contract with Kia and finance but they state that they have 30 days to find a bank to finance you. BULLCRAP!!! that is just wrong. They told us everything was fine. Today on May 3rd everything is differnt and they want 3,000 more down in order for her to keep the car or surrender it! Not a good way to get people buying cars when you can't get your dealership's act together! oh plus they told us the sales manager was fired hhaha, yeah how many times have you heard this one, he is probably on his vacation! DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU!

They promised day one after my test drive but prior to...

They promised day one after my test drive but prior to purchasing my used car to make a adjustment on a door that was not closing properly. After I purchased and later drove 160 plus miles back to the dealership for the service I was denied service.

Everyone at Brandon Kia were and very helpful. The sales person that worked with me was Henry Brown...Mr Brown is very professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend Brandon Kia to all my friends..And I hope to do business with them in the future...Thank you Mr Brown. I love my Kia Rondo. Courtesy Brandon Kia is very lucky to have Mr Brown as one of their sales reps.

We were so pleased with how we were treated. Alex was kind, attentive, and knowledgable. He was very informative and accomodating. He called after our first visit and left a kind message. We did not feel "hounded", but welcomed. In discussing pricing, rebates, etc. I believed they were both being honest. The sales contract proved that they are. Toni, the finance officer, was very patient, pleasant conversation and put no pressure on us to sign up for extra protection (which we did). We would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone who doesn't like car salesman.
