When my daughter and I were met on the lot by Zachary Reynolds with a genuine smile, courteous handshake and positive words, we knew it was going to be a good experience. He quickly returned with the keys to the 2025 Kia Sportage that we had found online. After we both test drove it, we sat down to make our “out the door offer”…. Knowing in advance what our bottom line was paid off! After a few trips back and forth with the manager we got down to the paperwork and drove the new car off the lot in under 2 hours. Doing the homework, having a plan and a great sales person like Zach made our car buying experience a pleasure. In fact, we liked the car and the seamless transaction so much that my husband and I went back to see Zach and bought another end of year 2025 Kia Sportage for me! Our daughter got the white one and I got the Everlasting Silver one. So glad to have met the best salesman at Courtesy Kia of Brandon.- Zachery Reynolds. 😃

Curtesy Kia of Brandon is the worst place you would fix
Curtesy Kia of Brandon is the worst place you would fix your car. Very rude customer service. Manager - Dave Phelps is horrible, rude! They reported need for replacing cabin filter and engine filter despite the fact that I personally replaced them less than 3k before. Dave Phelps refused to show me dirty filters and when I asked to speak with manager his response was - go find him yourself. Rude, rude,rude xxxxxxx
