Great experience with Mr Torres at Kia.

Great experience with Mr Torres at Kia. Great deal and done in no time. Only went back and forth with negotiations a couple times. Got the best available interest rate and a fair trade in value. This is our 4th Kia

They were a breath of fresh air compared to several of the other dealerships we had visited that day. They were not pushy and very accommodating to what we wanted to see. On top of that, they were extremely generous with their pricing and incentives, which is why they earned our business.

Took an inordinate amount of time and the numbers became

Took an inordinate amount of time and the numbers became a ? he said, she said.? When I asked for the original sales sheet, they said the numbers were all plugged in. I felt they took advantage that my husband isn?t well and was exhausted by the time we got the finance guy. They also didn?t save the items I forgot inside the console and when I inquired they said they had gotten rid of them. They should have been given to the sales person. Not a great experience, but the car is nice!
