Basic oil change was performed. An additional (minor) service was recommended by the technician, which I approved. The work was completed earlier than the estimated completion time, which was good news since I was waiting for the car Courtesy Kia.

Went to get an oil change, the advisor was very rude.
Went to get an oil change, the advisor was very rude. Did not explain any additional repairs or recalls. After the oil change while still waiting I had to keep asking the advisor for information on each item. She acted like it was an annoyance to answer. I made the appointment on a coupon sent to me and it was stated on the appointment reminder. But she angrily commented that i should have stated it was a coupon before the oil change. Considering she did not give me a chance and it was stated on the appointment notice! I will probably continue to go there for service as its close to my work but i would NEVER recommend this advisor...Jenny Monge.
