From the time we walked in the door the service was
From the time we walked in the door the service was excellent. We were greeted and expressed what we were interested in and shown multiple vehicles of the same trim. Ashley answered every question we had and if she didn’t know the answer she found it. She was very patient with us.

Took my card for oil change.
Took my card for oil change. But they rotate my tires and damaged one of my NEW wheels lock and didnt say anything about it. When i went to install new tires they couldnt do it.

Place has gone down since the pandemic.
Place has gone down since the pandemic. Car is never washed or vacuumed. Fluids not topped off. People keep telling me they are scamming me about what needs fixing or not.

Tori was rude, manager did not want to help with issue
Tori was rude, manager did not want to help with issue with car, bad service, needed back seat repaired, would not raise, had recall on it several years back,, manager would not make it right by repairing at no charge although I had been told that dealership would by mechanic that had spoken to manager earlier, also someone threw coffee on drivers side of car, presumably a mechanic at dealership, treated badly, manager also told me to basically live with it, I can leave it up since he and another guy got it up or put it back down and leaving it. No way to treat any customer . I rate this place a big zero, doesn’t stand by their product
