Made an 11am appointment for an oil change for November
Made an 11am appointment for an oil change for November 26. I arrived at 10:40am. At 12:40 they hadn’t even STARTED the oil change. I have to be at work at 13:00. They said they got behind. I don’t care about that. I MADE an appointment!! What’s the point of interrupting my day if they CAN’T schedule properly?!
