Went to get recall solution for engine fires that they were going to do. When we arrived they said there wasn’t one for the 2013 Sportage model I owned and would give me the date it will be available. I haven’t heard a thing since.

Horrible customer service & no loyalty to their customers. Went in with a pre-approval from my credit union. After test driving, negotiating, and hours of going back forth with the salesperson Tony, they washed their hands of me and sold the car because the headquarters of my credit union was from out of state. Never buying a car from Courtesy Kia

Aside from the very friendly people at check-in, the
Aside from the very friendly people at check-in, the service dept is awful. Made an appointment online for 8k service, which includes several items and costs over $100. Found out, after waiting 3 hours, all they did was an oil change and a quick car wash. The oil change was free since it was my 1st service visit. 3 hours! And the windshield was still covered in bugs! I won't return to this dealer for service again!

I was very disappointed with the service time.
I was very disappointed with the service time. I was told it would take 2-2.5 hours for the work to be completed. I did NOT get my vehicle back until 4:30PM. Total time elapse 7.75 hours!!!!
