I took my vehicle in to get an oil change and to purchase a spare tire since my vehicle didn’t come with one. It took 3 hour and 10 minutes for them to finish with my car. The cost was $399.17 for the oil change snd spare tire. When looking at the bill there was a miscellaneous fee as well as labor fee which I thought would have been included in the oil change. When I picked my car up, I was informed they had washed it. When I go to my vehicle it was dirty and looked like they just sprayed it off as it has water streaks on the top. They did vacuum the driver side but not the passenger side. Have no plans to take my vehicle back to them for any further service.
