Our sales associate, Mr. Tony Lockett was amazing. He listened to every detail of what we were looking for and found exactly what we wanted within a record timing of less than 30 minutes.

I was notified of recalls on my vehicle.

I was notified of recalls on my vehicle. I scheduled the appointment at 8 am. I was told my vehicle would be ready by 2pm. I called 3 times and left messages for the service manager, no response. I text, still no response. I received a call at approximately 5:15, and was informed they were waiting for a tool. I don't think my vehicle was the only recall service. If my car had a recall, they should have already had the equipment needed for my repair. I feel they attended to the vehicles of people in the waiting room and ignored mine, because I left after being told it would be several hours to repair. I am very unhappy with the poor service experience.

Had a great experience, in the unfortunate, breakdown of my car. Promo attention, assistance in answering question, quick evaluation of problem, review or recommendation for repair/replacement of part & thorough review on the car and repair ok it’s and cost. Daryl was wonderful and welcomed me to the dealership and asked what I was looking for and told me about different models and when I settled on the Sportage he let me test drive it and after I decided to buy it he was incredibly helpful. He made the process seamless. Thanks for everything!

I always get great service at my Kia!

I always get great service at my Kia!!!! Brad is always very personable and always keeps me updated when I get my car serviced. I also love that my car gets washed and vacuumed. The Lyft service is awesome!
