This has to be one of the smoothest and best new car buying experience I have ever had! I just want to say Frank was the best, the man was extremely, helpful, patient, kind, understanding and respectful. He explained everything clear and not pressuring once. My wife and I drove from Orlando to Tampa (101 miles) to buy this car, and we would easily do it again to see Frank again! Thank you Frank and we hope to see you again in the future!

Difficult. Petty. Doesn't keep their word. Refuses to take calls. Doesn't fix even minor issues as agreed to on paper. Do not trust.
