A Difficult Experience

I've purchased many new cars elsewhere and this dealership has not been a pleasant experience for me. The internet prices are deceptive - add about $3k to the online price and then add $1895 to every car for dealer installed options. I had difficulty getting after sale commitments resolved and unfortunately had to resort to negative social media to get the job done. Thank you Andrew and Brett for resolving the situation.

Andres Amaya Is the BEST!

I knew exactly what car I wanted to purchase from KIA. At first I went to KIA in Bradenton and did not have the sales experience I was looking for. That same night I reached out to KIA Brandon and talked to Andres. From that phone call on, I knew I wanted to purchase my car from him! He was very knowledgable and he talked to me like I was a human, not just a sale. He made my first car experience very memorable. Not only did I walk away with an amazing car, I walked away knowing I made the right decision. Thank you to the KIA Brandon team and especially Andres. Great experience!

I had a great experience purchasing a car from Erich Freeman and Courtesy Kia. Erich took customer service to the next level . He went above and beyond to make my car buying experience pleasurable. He was extremely knowledgable and patient and paved the way to a smooth and easy transition thru the buying process. I would definitely buy another car thru Erich and Courtesy, and will recommend both Erich and Courtesy to everyone. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience a pleasant and fun adventure. And I also got a great car!

New car for my daughter!

I went to Courtesy Kia looking for a new car for my college age daughter - something with a bit more space so I was no longer the moving van for her stuff. Jason helped me understand the differences between the various models on the lot. He really knows his stuff! I decided on the 2014 Kia Soul as it gave me everything I wanted for a price that was much better on my wallet. Then they beat the financing package from my bank saving me even more money. This is my first Kia and my first time to a Courtesy dealership. Jason and the entire experience exemplified the name - I will be back!

Rio Hatchback

Went to a couple of Kia dealers. Got an idea of what I wanted. Checked online for a week or two and then saw the one I liked . Contacted the dealer online, went there and took it for a test drive and bought it. Stress free price negotiation.

Brandon kia review

Overall, the experience was great. My sales person talked a lot, however and it wasn't on the car just more about other stuff and when he did talk, he mainly spoke to my dad rather than me even though I was the one buying the car. He was nice but he should have put more effort into talking to me and dealing with me than my dad.

2016 Kia Optima

I had such a great experience at Courtesy Kia of Brandon. Darryl set me up with a wonderful deal to lease a new 2016 Kia Optima. I could tell he really cared about me being happy with the purchase which I appreciated. Great car salesman and a great dealership!

Excellent car buying experience

Jason was very friendly and really knew the Kia line. I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul and love it. The transaction and the atmosphere made buying the vehicle and financing it a nice experience.

My daughter and I walked into Courtesy Kia just to look and because of Andriy's patience and care I walked out with the car I wanted and was looking for without any sales pressure at all!
