I have shopped at many dealers but I have never received the level of service that I got from Mike Sessa at Jarrett Scott Ford. I went to almost every Ford dealership in the area and they were all full of BS except these guys. They are honest about the way they do business and their customer service is the best in the industry. Mike didn’t only get me the deal I wanted, he was so awesome with the way he did my deal. I actually had them put the deal in writing and send it to my house via fax and they did that no questions asked. When I got there to pick the car up they had everything including the manual, paperwork, and keys sitting at the front desk. All we did was sign and leave. It was awesome. Oh and did I mention they held the car for me for nearly four days because I got stuck in New York due to airplane issues. Tell the last time you heard a dealer do that with no deposit. That is the level of customer service they give to their clients and it is unmatched in the area. I will never buy a car from anyone else again. I am a lifetime customer of Jarrett Scott Ford.
