Best Dealership Experience Ever.

I went there after talking to a friendly person that contacted me about my internet inquiry on a Ford Fiesta. Once I arrived all the staff was friendly and courteous. It remained that way the whole time I was there. The price for the Fiesta I was looking at was great. David Sooley my sales consultant was the most honest sales person I ever encountered. He answered all my questions clearly. The finance department worked very hard to get me the best deal around. Not only would I recommend Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City to my friends and family. I would drive them there. They will most definitely get my business again in the future. I should have gone there before. Overall they are the only dealership that has my trust and confidence. This is the only dealership that is honest.

Great Experience

Just bought a car from Jarrett and the experience was great. All people were very friendly and helpful from my salesman, Leo, who was new but fantastic to the finance department.

Just bought a car

I visited quite a few dealers and this was the best. Very helpful friendly and not pushy. When I got the figures, I said I wanted to think about it and the Sales Managers response was, why wouldn't you, take your time. My salesman was Leo, he was New but very good. He will go far.

Helped me out in a difficult time.

I was in an accident with my beloved car of only 3 years and it was totaled out by the insurance company. I found other dealerships unwilling to work within my limited budget, but Dave at Jarrett-Scott listened to my needs brought forward a car that made me feel as if I wasn't taking a step backward with my purchase. Although I didn't initially qualify for all of the rebates, Dave stayed in touch with me in the days after my initial visit and informed me of changes to the rebates that put my Fusion within reach. Thank you Dave for making a difficult time a little easier.

Made a difficult time a bit easier

On my initial visit, I didn't qualify for all of the rebates because I didn't have a trade; however, Dave stayed in touch with me in the days after my visit and informed of me changes to the rebates that allowed me to afford my new Fusion. Thank you Dave for making a tough time a little easier. I love my new Fusion.

love my car!!

Customer service there was great love the enviroment. Will buy another car from there when is time. Allen was great with getting me in and out of the dealership.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff

Came to the dealership looking for a Mustang and Manny Rodriguez greeted us and showed us the Mustang then we saw the Edge, Manny showed us all of the features of the Edge and we really liked it. Needless to say we own a Ford Edge. Also the finance manager Scott was very friendly and very helpful. Must say that Jarrett Scott Ford has a customer for life.

I would like to make you aware of the excellent service and the professionalism provided by Mike Sessa during the purchase of my new 2014 Escape. This is the second new car I have purchased through him, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Everything about the new vehicle was clearly demonstrated and explained, and Mike graciously provided other services such as syncing my phone, and moving several things from my old vehicle to the new one. It's a pleasure to work with him. Mike is a real asset to Jarrett and to Ford.

Car buying made easy

This was my first purchase from Jarrett Scott Ford, and my sales rep was Mike Sessa. I have to say, he made the entire process as smooth as possible. There were no second guesses or questions. Everything was explained up front and in detail. My wife and I bought a '15 F250 King Ranch. We also had the xylon coating applied, and I will tell anyone who is thinking about it, it is well worth it. Bugs come off with ease. But overall, we're very pleased with Jarrett Scott and the sales staff. I look forward to future business with them.
